Portraits are reflections of friends and relatives, pets, places or objects we treasure and want to remember. I paint or draw portraits on a commission basis. Hopefully, I can turn your vision into a piece of art that can be handed down for generations.

I work from photographs, but would like to see or meet my subject if possible. I never attempt to recreate the photographed image but use photos as a resource to study the subjects structure and personality.

A portrait, whether of a person, the old family farmstead, a treasured perfume bottle, or string of pearls from your grandmother, will always reflect and celebrate your vision in a very special way.
